AirportLynx has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Let us know if you find anything that is wrong at . However, you should check independently any information before you rely on it. No representations are made by us that the information is accurate, up to date or complete and we do not accept liability for loss arising from any out of date or inaccurate information. This is a web site providing information free of charge.
Booking terms and conditions
- You must be over 16 years of age.
- Bookings only valid for the journey stated.
- AirportLynx are unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.
- After the first hour waiting time will be charged at £15.00 per hour, charged at 15 minute intervals.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it to you with a booking confirmation document issued during our normal working hours. It is your responsibility to check the details are correct.
Delays
Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents beyond our control may cause delays. We will always inform you of the current status if you contact us.
Substitution
If for any reason we are unable to supply the exact vehicle ordered we will upgrade to the next available vehicle size or provide a suitable alternative to accommodate you.
Cancellation right
Cancellations will be subject to a £5.00 administration fee, which will be deducted from any refund, if more than 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be payable in full.
Insurance
Insurance is purchased by AirportLynx in accordance with our legal responsibility. All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury are covered . Our maximum liability to you for loss or damage to luggage is limited to £500.00 in total. There is no insurance cover provided for loss, damage or injury where AirportLynx has not been negligent.
Use of our website
To purchase from our website you must be over 16 years of age. Using the site confirms that you possess the legal authority to enter into the conditions of use for this site, including payments from credit or debit cards, in accordance with all its terms and conditions.
Use of this website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom.
AirportLynx make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

AirportLynx accepts no liability whatsoever for your late arrival or missing a flight or connection whatever the circumstance.

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Payment & Refunds
How do I pay for my order?
Your payment is processed over a secure connection by WorldPay, one of Europe's leading payment service providers and part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing.
If you travel in less than 48 hours we will call you during our normal opening hours to confirm we have sufficient capacity to handle your request.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order over the phone or online you have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time with no penalty. Refunds will not be made where less than 24 hours notice is given.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling us on 0845 388 6074.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund any journeys cancelled with more than 24 hours notice in full.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
