How do I get a quote or make a booking?

Please use the Quick Quote box on the right hand side of this page, or from the homepage. Once the system has provided you with a quote, there is the option to book your journey.

My location / airport isn't listed?

Please select the 'request a quote' option from the menu bar, and enter your journey details. We will review your request and email you a quote.

Can I book a car for a journey in the next 48 hours?

We can accommodate short notice bookings, but request that you call the office on 01223 440040 to ensure that a car is available to meet your needs.

What happens after I've completed and submitted the booking form?

You will receive an automated email with a unique booking reference number. The office will then send you a further email to confirm that your car is booked. You can now be assured that your booking is confirmed and your driver will turn up on the day and time requested.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email?

You should receive confirmation of your booking from the office within 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have not received a confirmation email, please call us on 01223 440040 to check the status of your booking.

How do I meet my driver at the airport?

The easiest way to meet your driver is with our 'Meet & Greet' service. Using this service, your driver will be standing in the arrivals hall with your name (or company) on a board. This service costs £8 and covers all parking charges and driver waiting time for the first hour. Alternatively, your driver will contact you shortly after you have landed and arrange to meet you once you have collected any luggage. Please note, this option is only available to passengers that have provided us with a mobile number.

What happens if my flight arrives early or late?

We monitor all flight arrival times so your driver will be there on time with no extra charge to you.

Does my fare include a tip?

There is no tip included in the price. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

I need a receipt for my journey; when do I get a receipt?

If you pay by card in advance, we can email you a receipt. Alternatively, your driver can give you a receipt on the day.
